Human Resources
Partner with CEC business units to deliver HR services including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and workforce planning.
Substations
Perform maintenance, testing and repair of substation equipment including transformers, switchgear, protection relays and earthing systems at CEC's Copperbelt substations.
Control Room Operations
Monitor and control CEC's power network from the National Control Centre. Operate SCADA systems, coordinate switching orders, and respond to network emergencies in real time.
Transmission and Distribution
Install, maintain and repair electrical equipment on CEC's transmission and distribution network. Perform switching operations, fault isolation, and scheduled maintenance on 11kV and 33kV distribution infrastructure.
ICT and SCADA
Design, implement and maintain CEC's ICT infrastructure including fibre optic networks, LAN/WAN systems, and SCADA communication links across all CEC sites.
Health Safety Environment and Quality
Implement and monitor CEC's HSEQ management system. Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and ensure compliance with Zambian environmental and occupational health regulations.
ICT & SCADA
Administer and maintain CEC's SCADA systems, OT/IT networks, and cybersecurity infrastructure. Ensure 24/7 availability of critical control systems supporting the national grid.
